Welcome base for travelling to Slough and sightseeing. Nice sleep on the comfortable bed. A bathtub bath, a shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries. Early check in. Particularly good, unbeatable setting just next door to dropped off, train station and London. Easy access to Greggs, just 10 minutes walk.

the TV in my apartment did not work throughout my entire 5-night stay, despite reporting the issue multiple times. I was charged £100 from my card without authorization after checking out, and there was no reasonable explanation provided.

the wi-fi only worked for YouTube and not for other important apps like Viber and WhatsApp. there were no shelves for shoes and no basic kitchen supplies like salt, olive oil, and vinegar.
